Helping a new homeowner get the most out of her dream home

Problem: Sandy had found her dream home in Colton, CA. There was just one tiny problem: it was over 70 years old and in need of a lot of work. The electrical was outdated, there was no central air conditioning and heating, and it only had an old wall heater to keep her warm in the winter.
