"Recently Burgeson's installed a 19.9 kW battery storage system. They had several representatives of their company and the manufacturer of the equipment at my home on the date the system was live. I changed all my business over to Burgeson's after being with another company for about 20 years or so - that company was sold and the customer service became questionable. I called Burgeson's and they came when they said they would, they did the work quickly and professionally, and they stand behind all the work they do. “Have used Burgeson's in the past to install an inverter and to clean our solar panels.This call was for them to perform a few handyman type tasks which included install of a new garbage disposal, new kitchen faucet and changing the flushing mechanisms of two toilets.Service technician, Shannon, came and comported himself in a very professional manner. He came in to assess the job, clearly understood what was needed and performed the required tasks with ease. “I cannot express how professional, organized and attentive to detail these guys have been. I had to replace my AC unit and went through them for solar. The crews in both departments were professional, kind and trustworthy. I am looking into replacing my Tankless water heater and pipes in house next with them. “Had Burgeson's install a battery storage system added to my solar panels this past year. After some issues with the manufacturer, Burgeson's stood behind their work and while it took a few months to get everything sorted out - Burgeson's went the extra mile to make sure I was kept informed of the status throughout. It took some changes to my generator to interface with the new system. Now the system works fine - the solar panels provide the power with batteries used for the backup and the generator backs up the solar panels (on days without much sun). Had them come out today because my generator lost its scheduled exercise program. Troyce reprogrammed the exercise schedule and did it at no charge - saying it's called customer service. They didn't have to do that. It's a pleasure to get to work with a company that goes the extra miles for their customers.”
